As an opportunity to establish common goals and to improve the understanding of the project, the Contracting authority represented by Mr. Adriaan BROUW, Assistant to the Director, Directorate G, DG SANTE and Mrs. Regina EBERHART, Unit G2 (animal health unit), DG SANTE, met with the contractor, AENOR, represented by Mrs. Monica ZABALA, Project Director and Ms. Anne-Lise NICOT, Project Manager, and in the presence of the Key Expert team of the project : Mrs Ane SINDIK, Key expert 1 – Team leader and Mrs. Tatjana MASTEN MILEK, Key expert 2 – Strategic coordinator.

The Contractor took the opportunity to introduce the team in charge of the implementation of the project and to present the initial work plan. Common project objectives were set and the calendar of next actions established.
